XXXX XXXX Bank reported late charges in XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Both times this was due to issue with XXXX. In both cases XXXX removed an incorrect charge, and then the late fees assessed by XXXX were appropriately removed. As such my record continues to show NO payment made by me to XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX, and my balance paid in full since such date, with NO current balance, NOTHING due by me, etc I disputed the XX/XX/XXXX and it was removed from my credit reports ; then I disputed the XX/XX/XXXX and it was removed but the previously removed XXXX re-appeared!! I disputed that and then the XX/XX/XXXX re-appeared and remained the XXXX one showing!! What kind of sick game is XXXX and the credit bureaus playing with peoples lives here???! I have perfect payment history ; No late fees ; no late payments ; accounts paid in full. Incorrect charges and therefore inappropriately assessed late fees were removed. WHY am I being penalized for that???
