DEPT OF ED/XXXX Account number XXXX, Loan ( 01 ) I TALKED WITH THE DEPT OF ED/XXXX ON, XXXX, i SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE NAMED XXXX XXXX WHOS BADGE NUMBER IS XXXX. I REPORTED TO XXXX THAT THESE STUDENT LOANS ARE FRAUDULENT, AS A RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT. THE DEPARTMENT OF ED/XXXX SAID THEY ARE SENDING ME A PACKET TO SIGN SO THEY CAN DISCHARGE THE LOANS AS FRAUD AND REMOVE THIS FRAUDULENT STUDENT LOANS FROM MY CREDIT REPORTING HISTORY. REGARDING XXXX XXXX, I HAVE TWO FRADULENT ACCOUNTS. I TALKED WITH XXXX XXXX TODAY, XXXX AND XXXX XXXX IS DOING AN INVESTIGATION ON THESE FRADULENT CREDIT CARDS THAT DO NOT BELONG TO ME. I SPOKE WITH AN EMPLOYEE NAMED XXXX, WHOS EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER IS XXXX, ON XXXX. XXXX XXXX HAS ALREADY DELETED AND REMOVED THESE ACCOUNTS!!!!!
