I applied for line of credit on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) back in XX/XX/2022 and bank employee who was helping me never disclosed that my personal credit will have an hard inquiry and was told to sign on a small screen where you can only bearly see 4 small sentences.just 1 signature and she handover hard copy and ask me to wait for few hours and I will get a call but after some time i received a notification on my email to my surprise and shock that there was a hard inquiry on my personal credit which I never authorized nor they verbally disclosed this in writing.
