I made purchases totaling around XXXX dollars from XXXX to XXXX and paid all balances. However, Amex thinks there is risk with me and conducts a financial review. I submitted all my documents but they do not recognize incomes from XXXX, which is my only income source as this year I have been staying in XXXX to work. So I did not pass the financial review and they cancelled all my cards. This means all points I earned during this time period has gone. So Amex should be responsible for and compensate all my loss.
