There are too many inaccuracies in my report and i have filed disputes with Trans Union on the dates below TransUnion. - 1st Letter XX/XX/XXXX - 2nd Letter XX/XX/XXXX - 3rd Letter XX/XX/XXXX It is over 90 Days i still do not have a response or report of investigation, that is if they did any. It is obvious that i am taken for granted and they are taking advantage of the situation and they are depriving me of my right to dispute. The report has caused me great distress and XXXX. According to the FRCA Law, Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) of FRCA that clearly states that a failure to investigate and report any disputed inaccuracies or error within 30days it gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report. it has been over 90days, so they should be deleted immediately.
