I tried getting a auto loan for the first time at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022 and when XXXX XXXX ran my credit he gave to me my credit report and told me I wasnt eligible for a loan due to me already having a auto loan that was closed. I have never had an auto or loan. He suggested i call the company at 800 loan mart to see what was going on. I proceeded to call and had my wife XXXX XXXX explain the problem because i authorized her to better explain what was going on. We were both on the line gave them account numbers XXXX and XXXX which are the accounts shown on my credit report. None matched my name address or social security number. We were transferred numerous times. We talked to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX representatives from 800 loan mart and we were told the loan belongs to XXXX XXXX with the account number XXXX. We were also told that last four of the social security number used for this loan is XXXX for the account number XXXX not the last four of my social. This is a mistake on my credit report and loan mart told me i had to report it to the Bureau and let them know I already spoke with them to get it removed so i can proceed to take out my first auto and auto loan.
