Fay Servicing has illegally obtained my personal information and mortgage information from XXXX mortgage. Fay Servicing has failed to show any proof of legal contract ( XXXX contract and not XXXX ) in which they have the right to obtain or have my permission to have my personal or mortgage information. By failure to do so they have committed identity theft. They do not cease and desist all activities. And have a third-party of my choosing remove all my personal and mortgage information. Legal actions will have to be taken through Illinois state prosecutor 's office, the IRS and the FBI. Failure to do so could also lead to additional charges in connection with embezzlement and misappropriation of federal government stimulus money by XXXX mortgage XXXX mortgage did not have legal right to sell/transfer mortgage without my permission. All payments have currently been paid to XXXX mortgage as shown in the pay stubs in attachments. Proof of this will be shown XXXX or legal action will be taken
