We received a letter from North Shore Agency saying to collect a debt that we have no clue about. When I tried to call the phone number to dispute the claim, it has no record of the account number. I did email. It all seems very suspicious. It states to go to the website to see rights under federal law, but it isn't a working website. I'm very worried that it is a scam. I don't know how to tell, because I can not call and find out anything about the debt. IT says it's for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX
