I am a victim of Identity theft. credit card accounts have been opened in my name, using my social security with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I received letters from XXXX XXXX validating the accounts were opened by another person using the social security that I did not authorize. I requested a credit block with the TransUnion union. I sent TransUnion all the documentation required to block the accounts that are not mine and were opened by another person/s using my social security via certified mail. After speaking with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX I was informed that was not done that I may submit further documents although they were unable to tell me what documents and why my block was not done or valid. The letter I received was dated XX/XX/22. The letter states the block was not granted due to either an error, more documents are needed, or that I received the items. I repeated and requested documentation to this conclusion and neither of them could provide me the answer as they are " not allowed to do per Transunion ''. XXXX and XXXX also informed me a credit freeze is the same thing as a block. which is not correct I informed them.
