On XX/XX/2022 I received a tax delinquency bill, so I called the tax agency and they informed me that my XXXX county tax hasnt been paid for a year. So after six phone calls and over a month the tax still isnt PAID! So I have til Friday and Im going to have to pay for something I already paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous, this company is stealing my money and has no accountability and is ripping me off. All I can do is sit back and watch cause I cant control my escrow account they do! I have nowhere to turn and its costing me more money and they dont seem to care! How are mortgage companies allowed to do business like this?
