I submitted several disputes and a CFPB compliant the issue remains. Equifax is reporting a debt I DO NOT OWE. I do not know this medical place. I requested information to be sent to me showing what this debt is and how it relates to me. I haven't received ANYTHING.They reply verified my rights are being violated. FRCA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) states I can receive this information. I do NOT owe agency XXXX! This should be removed immediately! I received an alert from credit monitoring a new collection was reported. It's the same account it was showing agent XXXX assigned XX/XX/XXXX. Equifax illegally changed it to XX/XX/XXXX to re-age the debt I do not owe. I will attach the dates to this complaint.
