Consumer Narrative

I am giving this debt collection company one more chance to make this right. I receive multiple phone calls from this third party company multiple times throughout the day which is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692d. I asked this company to validate the debt multiple times via phone. As a third party company they are not able to produce any contractual legal obligation and/or evidence proving that I owe that company anything. They also offered a discounted amount which is a violation of 15 U.S code 1692d ( 4 )
