My name is XXXX XXXX, And on XX/XX/2022 I was notified by XXXX, that my credit score was down XXXX points and when I looked shortly after the notification, I saw that it is was AFFIRM with over XXXX accounts in delinquency. I have never had an affirm account and I called them immediately. I gave them my email Address in which they told me that my name was no where on the account or attached to the email. And started a case? The lady on the phone stated it would take 10-15 business days to get this resolved, so on the following week I called in and they stated they would have an answer by Friday, no calls or updates. I called today and they stated " they couldn't resolve it yet and to give them More time, i than asked that my email be removed from Whom ever has this account, XXXX stated she couldn't. Which violates my privacy,
