The collection company has illegally reported THE SAME ACCOUNT TWICE WITH TWO DIFFERENT OPEN DATES on my report which is against federal laws! I have reported that an investigation be done for this collection account under the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've never had an account with the company nor XXXX I asked the debt to be validated and they failed to do so within 30 days. I sent a copy of that to the 3 major credit reporting agencies and they failed to remove the account and said the account was verified AFTER i sent in all proof of this account being fraudulent. More importantly it is illegal to reage debt and list the same account twice on a report with TWO DIFFERENT OPEN DATES. I HAVE ATTACHED PROOF OF THE CPAMY DOING THIS AND THE 3 MAJOR CREDIT COMPANIES STILL DID NOT REMOVE THIS FRAUDULENT COLLECTION ACCOUNT
