I had requested for an investigation with the three major credit reporting agencies within my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I disputed the accounts attached to this complaint and the credit reporting agencies claimed to have verified the accounts which also included a bankruptcy public record. I found the credit reporting agencies alleged verification as sketchy due to the fact that information was still reporting inaccurately for the disputed accounts and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey has already confirmed that they don't furnish any information to any credit reporting agencies including XXXX but the three major credit reporting agencies claimed to have verified the bankruptcy with XXXX which is impossible because the bankruptcy has already been disputed and removed from my XXXX credit report. The three major credit reporting agencies stated that the accounts and bankruptcy was properly investigation but how is that possible if the account type is inaccurate and the bankruptcy reference number is not accurate. This is ground for removal as they violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A which states I have a right to privacy and under 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 A which states they credit reporting agency can not furnish information without my written consent. Also, the credit reporting agencies never sent me results for my dispute request and I had to get updates through my credit monitoring account with Experian but I never received anything in the mail.
