My name is XXXX XXXX. I am a real person. I am not a credit repair team. I have been handling my responsibilities and Ive come across people that have made it harder for me by violating my federally protected rights. Ive been harassed, threatened and violated by this company about debt that i do not owe. They have violated my right to privacy and have furnished an account against me without my written instructions and consent. According to 15 U.S.C section 602 A states i have the right to privacy. As well as 15 U.S.C section 604 A Section 2, also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written consent. 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section also states : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years 15 U.S.C 1692c States Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
