My name is XXXX XXXX. I am a real person. I am not a credit repair team. I have been handling my responsibilities and Ive come across people that have made it harder for me by violating my federally protected rights. XXXX continues to violate my rights by furnishing accounts that arent mine without my written instructions and consent while also violating my right to privacy by communicating with furnishers to obtain information without my permission especially when I have told them that the accounts aren't mine! They have violated my right below to no delete Immediately if the consumer believes the information on their report is incorrect or not theirs. Experian has refused to honor my investigation and havent deleted the accounts from my credit report. They have no permission to furnish these accounts and have continued to violate my rights. Ive told them several times that these accounts ARE NOT MINE. XXXX hasnt been compliant and has also lied stating the accounts arent on my report. However Ive looked on my report with them an Ive saw all the accounts Ive disputed and asked them to delete because they arent mine. I Now DEMAND that these accounts be deleted from my credit report IMMEDIATELY from Every Credit bureau. according to 15 U.S.C 1692e, 15 USC 1692d,15 USC 1692c, and 15 USC 1692B A debt collector Not use any language or symbol on an envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of any debt. not state that such consumer owes any debt not communicate with any such person more than once unless requested to do so by such person not communicate by post card Also, According to 15 U.S.C section 602 A states i have the right to privacy. As well as 15 U.S.C section 604 A Section 2, also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written consent. 15 U.S.C 1681c.
