I managed to contact Oportun at their customer service number provided by their Experience Director which was XXXX and a spoke to a XXXX customer service rep that then escalated the call to their direct supervisor. Both were unwilling to help me while i am going through Financial Hardship. I still have not returned to work in any capataicty and therefore have no money to pay these kinds of bills. The Reps mentioned that they have a " Skip '' program, but its only for one month. They refuse to cancel or suspend my account with them for an extended period of time. I feel like they fraudster and only care about getting money from people rather than actually helping people. I could not be escalated directly to their Experience Director and instead got Stonewalled by the two XXXX Reps.
