My problems are with the servicing company : A ) They never respond to my e mails B ) I can not log in to their portal to see my account activity and they don't help me C ) They hold in Escrow a high sum D ) they collect from me funds to cover Property taxes and Home insurance, but they never report to me what and when they made any payment and I may double pay E ) I tried calling them, it is an international call and I have to wait very long until a human voice actually answers, but they cant answer my questions anyway and nobody follows up to get my problems solved.
