On approximately XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, I paid {$200.00} dollars on my account and soon after I tried to make a charge on my card and it was not approved. I didn't think much of it at the time and on about XX/XX/XXXX, I recieved an email stating that i should log into my accout to read a notice that was there. I recieved 2 letters one stating that my account was restricted due to over draft or severely delinquent. This was false and inaccurate. I called on XX/XX/XXXX, and talked to a few representatives at the company and to their knowledge this was also inaccurate and false. No one could explain the issue and why my account was closed abruptly without explanation. I decided to take a look at my credit report with XXXX XXXX to realize that it was reported to the credit agencies without my permission. Pursuant to 15 USC 1611, releasing false and inaccurate information is a violation and holds a penalty up to 5 years imprisonment and or {$5000.00} fine. Pursuant to 12 CFR Part 1026.11, account termination. Creditor must refund all amount of credit to consumer in form of check, money order, etc. Or credit account within 7 days. These are just a few of my rights as a consumer that were violated. Pertaining to the Truth In Lending Act, HJR 192, FTA, Consumer Rights, etc, these violations hold penalties.just trynna exercise and protect my rights. I have all documents pertaining to this matter.
