I was told by several of the customer service reps that I missed a XX/XX/2022 payment, as such my XX/XX/2022 payment was applied to the XXXX installment. Additionally, that my account is past due and has a late fee. I went through my account and all payments have been made timely, including XXXX. Two different reps argued with me, one hung up on me and neither communicated clearly at all. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they weren't available. I have since sent in screen shots of my XXXX payment transaction as well as transactions for the last 10 months. I have NOT missed any payments. I believe the issue is on their end. The XXXX payment was successfully processed on XXXX. I've asked that the company immediately ensure that the payment is credited to my account and that the late fee is removed. As a side note, when I went through my account with the service rep checks are routinely sent timely and are posted past due.
