Tried to open account with wells fargo online. Completed the process and got an email that due to fraud they believed they are closing the account. BUT they took the money out of the linked chase account. The chase account was deducted {$500.00}. Wells fargo shows {$0.00} balance. 3 hours of calls and still no money back from wells fargo, no one knows the right department and I am now ~1 week without my {$500.00}. If they dont want my account fine but dont take the money to fund the new account then decline it and fail to return the money.
