I was contacted by a female representative of Financial Assistance Inc. The woman was pushy and used the tone of her voice to try to convince me that I agreed to pay her or her company in 2019. She asked when I would start payments because my credit would be affected. I do not have a contract with this woman or her company, and I have had to block the number for calling at odd hours and either mumbling a message on voicemail, or just letting the call go to voicemail, and say nothing. I have mailed a certified letter to the company.
