In the month of XXXX in XXXX, I discovered that TransUnion had published several unauthorized items on my consumer report without permissible purpose. I sent a dispute letter to TransUnion on XX/XX/XXXX via USPS Certified postage. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a written correspondence from TransUnion stating to me that their investigation of the dispute was now complete. They stated that they determined the data furnisher had previously verified the reported information. They also stated that if I wished to receive a description of the procedures TransUnion used to investigate the dispute, I should contact them. I did just that in a follow-up dispute letter to TransUnion on XX/XX/XXXX via USPS Certified postage. They NEVER responded to that 2nd dispute letter! These blatant actions that the Executive Officers of TransUnion clearly condoned have caused me loss of business relationships, marital instability, XXXX and XXXX XXXX due to public embarrassment and shame by my family who mistakenly opened and read my mail, ( due to a similar name ) discovering these several unauthorized items on my consumer report published without permissible purpose.
