On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, I contacted Grain XXXX about an issue regarding their App systematically deleting my banking information to make the minimum payment required. This caused them to report late payments to my credit report without adequate caused. I informed them that they should not have done this because it was a internal issue with their app which caused the delayed payment. They failed to rectify this issue even after having valid proof that their application wasn't working properly. However, I did not receive any feedback until XX/XX/2022. I then spoke with a tech supporter and sent a video recording of the app appearing blank and not showing any of my personal information. I continued to speak to XXXX ( customer Technology Customer supporter ) striving to rectify this issue. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, without rectifying the Application issue Customer service stopped communicating with me. I submitted a consumer fraud report to them on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, informing them that their business was fraud, that they where taking consumers information knowing that their Application wasn't sufficient to report bad debt and sell my information to other private companies for a hefty profit.
