I contacted my health insurance after receiving a bill from a medical facility. The date of service was on XX/XX/XXXX for {$110.00}. My XXXX insurance paid {$280.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. This is the second time for this bill that the medical facility tried to bill me for this invoice. I spoke to the medical facility about the XXXX time they were trying to bill me on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX AM. The call ended and was told that they will review my file. I spoke again to the medical facility on XX/XX/XXXX and left a message. I received a phone call by the medical facility and was told that they did receive the payment from my health insurance and that they called the debt collector company and also faxed them saying to delete this account it was the medical facility and not my fault. I was told by the debt collector that they cant get into my account because they closed the file.
