For over the last 6 months now, I can not access my TransUnion credit report via their website. I have tried to fix this with the company many times over the phone and via the internet. However, TransUnion informs me that the account is okay, and that I should have full access to it. But, I DO NOT have access. I think that I have also been paying a monthly subscription fee only not to have access to my account. Another thing is that my credit score is very much lower than my XXXX and XXXX credit scores. I understand that this is an issue with many other persons too. I would like them to fully investigate my score and adjust it to what it should correctly be.
