Transunion stated that the following account was verified XXXX ( XXXX ) was verified. The debt was charged off and sold to XXXX and XXXX XXXX services which went bankrupt/merged with XXXX XXXX XXXX which was liquified and closed, due to various FCRA lawsuits XXXX Transunion was/is unable to verify the debt as it was sold and both companies are no longer in business. As per FCRA a debt must be able to be verified to be allowed to stay on a credit report. If it can not be verified it must be removed immediately.
