1. On XX/XX/XXXX i made a purchase of {$950.00} with my wells fargo checking account but received the wrong item so i sent it back but the merchant wouldn't credit me so i filled a dispute on XX/XX/XXXX and submitted everything they needed, Proof of delivery, Tracking information, invoice. But on XX/XX/XXXX they initiated a reversal and wont let me appeal it because its time frame to do so has expired, they lagged when doing this investigation on purpose so they could use that excuse 2.on XX/XX/XXXX i made a purchase of {$1800.00} but received my order damaged, the merchant just wouldnt respond so i sent back the package using the shipping info provided on the initial shipment, still the merchant wouldnt respond regarding the pending credit so i filled a dispute with wells fargo on XX/XX/XXXX and submitted the tracking info, proof of delivery, and photos of damage. the claim credit was just posted as a reversal on XX/XX/XXXX and again well fargo says they cant appeal because of the window provided by them thus again shutting down any attempt to reclaim my lost funds
