My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer. I am making this complaint against EXPERIAN because they are in violation of the FCRA. I sent a letter out on XX/XX/2022 that was received and signed by an employee of EXPERIAN on XX/XX/2022 that is confirmed via return receipt which I have attached as Exhibit A. In the letter, I stated that there were names and addresses that shouldn't be on my consumer report and how my name and address should appear on my consumer report, which is my federally protected right per 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). When I received my updated credit report from EXPERIAN, this request was completely ignored and they kept these incorrect names and addresses on my report despite me sending in identification to verify myself. EXPERIAN is responsible for being fair, providing equal treatment, respecting my right to privacy per 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ), and practicing due diligence in ensuring complete correctness, which they have miserably failed me. I provided explanations of why these addresses should not be on my credit report, which I have attached as Exhibit B. EXPERIAN has appointed themselves in a role that has affected my life ( without my permission ) and with that, is suppose make sure that the information is to be fair and equitable to me, but it is not. It is only fair and equitable to them.
