Dear Advance Resolution Service, I have been waiting over 60 days since you didnt respond to my dispute for inaccuracy you are reporting on the bankruptcy record # XXXX with the inaccurate case number because you are reporting it as XXXX. Case number XXXX is inaccurate because it is supposed to be XXXX and not XXXX. The FCRA 15 u.s.c. 1681i for the law that said, because you have failed to respond to my dispute letter of XX/XX/2022 for more than 30 days you must remove or delete this inaccurate information. Delete this Bankruptcy immediately. I disputed this inaccuracy on XX/XX/2022 the by us certified mail tracking number XXXX to the mailing address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX OH XXXX, and you received and signed for it on XX/XX/2022 as shown on the supporting documents I attached to this complaint. I also called you several times on XX/XX/2022 asking you regarding this matter but you responded that you had received the dispute, but you ignored me by sending me a previous dispute response from XX/XX/2022. This Violation must stop because as a consumer we are protected by the law 15 u.s.c. 1681i. Section 611 ( a ) of the FCRA requires a CRA to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of any item of information in a consumer 's file if the consumer alleges the item to be inaccurate. Delete or remove this Bankruptcy because youre reporting inaccurate information on my consumer report. Sincerely, todays date XX/XX/2022
