Yet when I negotiated my mortgage with the the investor, they did not follow any federal guidelines when the put a balloon payment at the end of my mortgage in the amount of over {$240000.00}. along with a XXXX XXXX of {$430000.00}. Totaling {$670000.00}. This would bring the loan into Respa and Tila violations as it currently stands. I retained XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX to negotiate and come up with a reasonable solution for a short sale, have a buyer in place with a HUD 1 provided as well as Community Loan Servicing, Contact XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX has tried to contact XXXX and her XXXX to negotiate a short pay with the current investor. XXXX XXXX and her XXXX XXXX XXXX. They apparently have not informed the investor of this situation. It is not in line with guidelines to not inform the investor of a short pay offer for a troubled asset.
