Consumer Narrative
This letter is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information. I am distressed that you have included the below information in my credit profile and have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in your operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit reports you publish. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. The following information therefore needs to be reinvestigated. I respectfully request to be provided proof of this alleged item, specifically the contract, note or other instrument bearing my signature. Failing that, the item must be deleted from the report as soon as possible : I am requesting that the following account be removed immediately from my credit report. I have tried to work with your credit reporting agency as well as the credit grantor to have this account removed from my credit report. If I am unsuccessful with this attempt, I will be forced to file a suit in federal court naming your credit reporting agency, the above creditor, collection agencies, and the acceptor of this letter as defendants. Also, FCRA, Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) regarding procedures and results of reinvestigation states if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably availableCredit reporting agencies are required to conduct investigations of disputed items with the furnisher of information. The original creditor should be the furnisher of information, not a third party source such as PACER, e-Oscar or XXXX XXXX
