Consumer Narrative
Hello I have been banking with Wells Fargo for a few years now and this is my first time reporting my card stolen. My purse and all the contents inside including my phone and wallet were stolen while I was admitted to a medical facility. My card has been charged in another city that I do not live in. Wells Fargo refuses to reimburse my money. And this isn't the first time I've had problems! I've had to fight them to reverse discriminatory " maintenence fees '' on my checking account during the pandemic
