On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a written statement from Capital One addressed to XXXX XXXX XXXX for an alleged debt. I am filing this complaint to further validate this alleged debt, and identify who the original creditor is connected to this consumer credit transaction. I do not consent to the allegation of reasoning behind why XXXX XXXX would be receiving statements, until the proof of validation for the full disclosure of this debt is provided. On XX/XX/2022 I have sent a Validation of Debt Letter and Cease and Desist letter to Capital One to receive LAWFUL VALIDATION behind this alleged debt.
