I went in store at Victoria 's Secret in XX/XX/2021 to purchase product. They did not have anything in my size, so I ordered it online through the store.i never received the product. So I called XXXX and complained. They gave the run around about it finally at the end of the conversation, they said the order was cancelled and nothing should show up on my XXXX credit card. So I didn't worry about it until I purchased another item and it I went to pay the bill and noticed the charge of {$110.00} was still on my account. So I immediately called the XXXX credit card company, disputed with them twice. So this took over a month. They said there was nothing they could do. Called XXXX back a few times, didn't get anywhere. But one lady I spoke with said call XXXX customer relations. Finally i thought it was going to be fixed. They credited partial payment. So I called again and again, finally got told it was going to be fixed. But in the mean time I acrued late fees and interest charges. They said they would credit the late charges. But during that time, more charges acrued. So I called back, and the lady told me everything will be fixed. And during this time, nothing was fixed and more charges keep piling up on my account. Case # XXXX & XXXX Now I have $ XXXX in interest charges and late fees still acruing ony account for something I never received and was credit not returned to my account in a timely manner
