Im very unhappy at the fact that there is inaccurate information on my credit report, and the furnisher failed to submit sufficient proof to validate the inaccurate account. This is my fourth letter to your company. I know the FCRA allows me to dispute directly with the furnisher after disputing with you. You told me that you verified the account with the furnisher but they could not provide me with sufficient proof to back up their reporting. How can you verify if the furnisher could not? What information did you use to verify the account? Please give me a detailed list of what you used to verify the accounts at hand. That is my right and I would like to know what you did. The law is very clear on this issue, if it is unverifiable, then it must be deleted. Please delete these accounts from my credit reports since your company did not properly verify the information and the furnisher could not provide sufficient proof to prove their reporting.
