This will be the XXXX complaint I have filed with XXXX and all attempts to reach them by phone have been unsuccessful. Each time the credit company closes my investigation with out changes. I have attached all proof of payments that are consistently being ignored. I have attempted to fix these issue for approximately XXXX mos and am now unable to file any disputes with the credit company online. This has now resulted in me losing my financing to purchase my current home, as well as impeding eviction. Also due to credit issues, I lost potential employment and bar admissions. Current issues : XXXX is reporting correctly, XXXX is not and has put prior derogatory reports back onto my credit. 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX balance updated XX/XX/XXXX as charge-off was paid in full XX/XX/XXXX 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX Updated XX/XX/XXXX labeled as charge-off paid in full XX/XX/XXXX 3. XXXX payment updated XX/XX/XXXX labeled as charge-off Paid in full XX/XX/XXXX 4. XXXX XXXX updated XX/XX/XXXX labeled as charge-off Paid in full XX/XX/XXXX 5. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( loans XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) updated XX/XX/XXXX was in deferment from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ( reported incorrectly as delinquent and sent to collections.
