On XX/XX/2022 I was approved for a home loan refinance with Amerisave Mortgage. On XX/XX/2022 my proof of income was verified by my employer. On XX/XX/XXXX, I e-signed an initial disclosure locking in my rate of 3.25 %. I chose to rate lock the loan with an expiration date of XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/2022 my loan XXXX told me I was scheduled to close on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received notice that I had to sign a new disclosure when it was actually a new loan application listing a 4.5 % interest rate and reducing my documented and employer verified income by {$9000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX my loan XXXX said he would call me to discuss how to to clear up the issues. He has not returned any of my calls. I suspect the company is raising my interest rates due to the federal reserve 's recent rate increases.
