Below is the sequence of events that caused the late payment on my account. My credit reports indicate Movement is missing a payment for XXXX : I have attached the front and back of the check payment that cleared my account on XX/XX/XXXX. The payment they lost has adversely impacted my credit and caused my credit score to drop by over a XXXX points. It is clear from reading Movements online reviews that I am not the only client who has been victimized by sloppy processing. Third week in XXXX Because of Movement 's XXXX email and my concerns about Movement 's business practices throughout the loan process, I met with an attorney to ensure all the loan documents were in order.
