previous complaint file no. XXXX, where account was opened without my knowledge and never received card. Wyndham said they would close credit card account they have not. I want it closed. The attached letter also has the wrong name listed. XXXX XXXX was deceptive during her presentation and mentioned noting about opening a credit card account which I never received.
