XXXX XXXX XXXX reported only one late payment to the credit bureau, I was only 30 days past due and paid them in full before the next payment. I was fined for the late payment and I am up to date and current with XXXX. This impacted my credit score XXXX points, I feel that being a customer with XXXX for XXXX years and XXXX months this was extreme for only one late payment and now I am in good standing with them. I disputed this on the XXXX XXXX with XXXX and XXXX. My credit was rasied back to the original score and then XXXX fought the disbute and my credit was dropped back even lower. I called XXXX and asked them kindly to retract the negative impact because I am a long time customer of theirs and a XXXX point impact on my credit score is extreme and can stay on my credit history for up to seven years. Credit is everything in society from employment to financing. This has greatly impacted my career as far as even getting into medical sales school and approval for loan options to help better my life, my credit score was XXXX and I have worked hard to get it there. Now I can not get approved for anything due to one mistake and XXXX XXXX services is not even trying to work with me. It makes me sick the amount of money I've paid them and the treatment I am getting.
