I was denied credit within the last 60 days, it was due to a transunion credit report. I have tried contacting transunuon : 1 ) There is NO way to email them the information to get a report 2 ) Calling them requires extremely long and unaccepotable hold times, 3 ) Their site is not allowing me to obtain my credit report- they verified me via my email w a code, all my info was correctly submitted. Transunion is being allowed to deny our basic rights of getting a current report ( after being denied credit for using their report. ). Its as if they structured this scenario so they can't be reached. This has to be addressed- the consumer is left with little to no options.
