In XX/XX/XXXX my vehicle was totaled. I was very distraught after the accident and moved to Kentucky right after the accident. I did not know the insurance did not cover the entire amount. The payment of {$320.00} was due on the XXXX of each month. I did miss the XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX payments. The reported 30 & 60 day late payments are correct. On XX/XX/XXXX COAF received insurance proceeds of {$15000.00} and that left a balance of {$680.00} unpaid. I received a dispute response from COAF, on pg 2 COAF states the XX/XX/XXXX payment was not paid until XX/XX/XXXX, and the XX/XX/XXXX payment was not paid until XX/XX/XXXX when I paid the {$680.00}. What happened to the XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX payments? How were those payments made? Plus how can COAF report the XXXX as XX/XX/XXXX, according to XXXX XXXX guidelines, it should have been XX/XX/XXXX. And how does COAF verify account as a Charge-Off with only reporting 2 late payments? Look at the CRA payment history reporting, is this factually correct according to XXXX XXXX standards?
