I went to XXXX Credit bureau and they directed me to loans for mortgage, I looked at them but did not apply. This information I believe with Lenders is provided and they take that opportunity to try to make an application for the person looking at it. Lending Tree actually sent me my fico score and then turn down as if I applied. I would have never applied as I am searching for a refiance and am talking over the phone with companies without opening up credit. this is a gimmick XXXX is using to sell to these Lenders to force lead generation without our permission. this is happening over and over again and I am going to file a legal complaint against their misuse of my credit.
