XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion violated my consumer rights and privacy act under the Fair Credit Reporting Act by fraudulently placing this account in all three of my credit Bureaus. This account is also undergoing litigation for deceptive practices which are listed by the creditor XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$1600.00} starting with acct # XXXX. According to USC code 1695, USC code 1681, ( A ), and subsection ( B ) which states any directly or indirectly issuance of credit shall immediately be removed from the consumer 's credit report followed by my FDCPA. These accounts are inaccurate and are in civil litigation. By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that these items be investigated and removed from my report. Please remove any information that the creditor did not verify to be valid and not fraud practices. I understand that under 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), you must Note that the collector has to stop all collection activities until it can provide all the evidence and remove all such directly or indirectly account from my consumer 's credit report. Under the FDCPA Section 809, Validation of debts [ 15 USC 1692g ] I have the right to verify any alleged debt on my credit report and if the alleged debt is being disputed Inability to show the slightest evidence, the creditor must stop all collection activities and delete the collection account from my credit report. These accounts are in civil litigation against the credit bureaus for fraudulent and unauthorized deceptive practices being committed on their behalf.
