I made a purchase through Capital One 's Shopping browser plugin. The Cashback was activated per the plugin and i have screenshot of it. It was supposed to be 15 %, about {$9.00}. I have contacted their Exec. Escalations team and finally got three voicemails that never rang on my cellphone asking me to callback a number that wasn't theirs
