I have submitted 6 letters requesting investigation of my credit to the 3 major credit bureaus XXXX, Experian and XXXX. I also sent 2 letters directly to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent a letter every month for the past 6 months following the rules of the FCRA. I believe there are several inaccuracies reporting on my report and they have failed to respond and update my report. Over the past 6 months, they have failed to respond to any of my letters and after reading the rules in the FCRA, I was under the impression that the bureaus and collectors have 30 days to respond or remove the account from my report if they don't. I found your site after some research online that says I can submit a complaint to you guys for further assistance since I am not receiving any results or responses from the bureaus or collectors. I am attaching a copy of every letter that I have sent out them in hopes to prove that I have been doing my part to investigate these accounts with no results or responses to date. I am hoping that you will be able to help resolve this matter and get back to me asap. I look forward to hearing from you.
