The transactions were missed due to mail lost or no intimation to make the payments to us and finally ended up with some credit score loss. The main problem is Neither XXXX credit agency nor Comenity Bank is taking responsibility or submitting the information to credit bureaus. This is against the federal law. Hence, I am sending this document. It is highly urgent for me to get this credit history be removed so it can boost up my credit score.
