XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charged me for my federal student loans for one semester. I failed the classes so I decided to drop out of my XXXX and continue at a later time. XXXX ignored my request to drop before the due dates. I text message chain to show when I asked to be dropped. So now I have student loans for the failed classes as well as the classes I requested to drop. Understanding I owe the money on the classes I failed, I have them as a student loan debt. They then try to tell me that I owe the school on top of the federal loans for the class I failed, and then added on top of that for not dropping in time. They sent those claims to collections with ConServe. My Federal Student loans are currently frozen under the coronavirus relief, but the school is wrongfully billing me on top of charging student loans and making money off that. ConServe received all documented proof and is still attaching to my credit report. Its clearly fraud and a mess up with the billing department.
